Head of the Department of Forestry and Agricultural Management, Ph. V. Klid took part in the climate forum “Recovery and Resilience, Climate Inequality: the Path to Equitable Solutions”, which was held online on November 22, 2024.
The main goal of the event was to draw attention to social and environmental justice, promote the exchange of experience and joint search for solutions that minimize inequalities caused by climate change and ensure equal opportunities for all communities in the context of environmental sustainability.
The forum addressed such important topics as:
adaptation to climate change;
sustainable development of local communities;
inclusiveness in decision-making;
equal access to natural resources.
